Upload error when it says the uploaded chapter does not exist

Error after upload there is no chapter, I tried uploading again because I thought it was an error and after a few hours it started to appear and included the times I tried uploading again.

The site had a temporary hiccup. Read markers and chapter uploads should now be up-to-date
