Uploader first time here, is it normal for approval to take 50+ hours?

I just uploaded my first chapter for about 50 hours ago. I got the "Wait for Approval" message, but the chapter still hasn't shown up in my list or on the manga page.

Is it usually this slow for the first upload?

We typically allow 48 hours for review. However it is not uncommon to go past that, or it may have already been rejected
