Uploading chapters for Demonic Scanlations

Demonic Scanlations has given me permission to upload their manhwa so does that mean I can upload using their group? The reason Im asking this is because they have aggregated chapters on their website but the only chapters that would be uploaded would be ones they themself's translated and not ones that they have on their site but not translated. But their scanlation group is not marked as a banned one.

Seems like it was a page for an old dead group that got hijacked by MangaDemon (it doesn't seem like an actual rebrand at all).
