Uploading Cover Error

I've been trying to update better quality covers of Dougram and I kept getting this message "result":"error","errors":[{"id":"7426dfbe-18a4-51a4-afe0-a0e829402f14","status":500,"title":"upload_service_exception","detail":null,"context":null}

Is there anyway to fix this?
