Uploading Hold on New Accounts :rejected:

There should be a hold on new accounts trying to upload. There has been a string of freshly made accounts created by probably one person uploading fake spam chapters. The time it wastes for admins going in to personally remove these fake chapters must be annoying for them. Accounts that are just made within an hour should definitely not be allowed to upload a bunch of fake chapters.
The only question is how old should an account be until it is allowed to upload. No one should have multiple accounts made.

let everybody upload anything, just moderate their first 5 chapters.

The only thing that will work is more mods (human, not automated). How many sites have added captchas to their registration forms? A lot, and none of them have solved the bot problem. Some sites even have captchas on other pages. Though it's obvious most of them aren't even trying since they use ReCaptcha which detects people that don't let google track them, not bots.
Bots can solve most captchas anyway, and for the ones they can't, they'll just pay someone in a sweatshop $0.0001 to do the captcha for them. With human moderators, you'll be able to deal with the bots and people that get past the captcha.

This would only stop humans. Not bots.

@pikokola this works, though the mod work necessary is kind of a why bother. as it is now, users report and mods act, while with a 5 post mod, its now forcing mods to go through content and trolling a smaller group of people could incentivize them to do it more.
