Wheezes quietly. This series perfectly hits that sweet spot where it kind of wobbles between incredibly funny and frightening a lot- my personal favorite kind of tone. And something about "well the only place the ghost exists is in the flickering gaps between happiness and delight" -> (SCREAMING NAKED PLAYGROUND GHOST) is just too good.

Let's be honest, isn't that generally how haunted places lore works. You die in your home, you're bound in your home. You die getting stabbed in a waffle house, you'll spend eternity scaring fry cooks. This is why you should always dress nice, even when you're at home or going out to the convenience store across the street. Wouldn't want you to be stuck scaring people in your boxers forever.

Unfortunately all changes of dimensionality need to be approved at the bi-weekly meeting by a supermajority of board members in the case of changes to personal lots and by unanimous decision in the case of communal lots. All requests for approval must be submitted to the board in writing no fewer than six months prior to the meeting along with a certificate of viability signed by a board-approved structural inspector along with an essay of no fewer than 1000 words describing how the change will increase the property values of the neighborhood.

So I'm sorry Mr. uh, Gray, was it? But until you go through the proper channels I'm afraid that your proposal to... let's see... "annihilate this whole fucking place by encasing it in a tesseract of pure nightmares" must be summarily dismissed. Don't bother to appeal this decision; my hands are tied.
