It might be a difference of whether the danger has “evil intent” behind it? Like in this case, killing people running a murder ring is judged a net good by … the universe’s moral scales, I guess. It’d be interesting if it was based on her personally caring, though, because of her growing apathy. Hm. I need a more systematic review.
