Yee.. that's true also for me. But the fluffy potatoes with anchovies I've done several times. It's kind of like a quick and dirty "Janssons frestelse" which is a slow and big holiday dish in Sweden, so to be able to get something similar in 20 minutes for a simple dinner with a fancy edge is pretty nice.

It does help that all the recipes are for 10-minute prep time quick and dirty bar food!
