Kon finally admitted Chiya is cool, she already thought it, but now she said it.

2. Why she can't be remembered can be due to a forbidden divination like divining the gods. And Setsu's missing memory and blacked out notes (and pictures from the picture taking chapter) are probably also due to their gods

i think you're being really harsh? it doesn't seem like she just forgot organically. it seems to be heavily hinted at that she forgot due to some currently unknown phenomenon

... it's basically this way because the plot wouldn't work otherwise, but it's weak. ^^
