This chapter just has so many levels I don't even know where to start. I love Fukuda's response to Juns question of what their relationship is. If he smoked, he believed he would've been dead before they met. "I'm glad I dont smoke" That sole sentence defines their relationship. He's glad to be alive, he's glad that Jun was there to pull him out of his own despair and hes glad that they met. As Jun said in a previous chapter "To me, that promise to keep eachother company is the best kind of love in the world."
