As far as I can tell, this was the final chapter of the story. Rii-chan died somehow and Aa-chan is left alone.

I'm pretty sure there's more untranslated, and some split offs. The kitsu listing has it set at more existing as well.

I couldn't actually find why the kitsu listing was the way it was. It seems each of these were released independently at different comitia(s), with the last "chapter" being in 2019. You can buy them online for 100¥, with the last being... this one.

There seems to be a 5th chapter exclusive for the volume release from 2022.
