The salesman seems like he needs to get a refresher on how to deal with the medical world, in the what he needs is to appeal to the ego of the doctors that's all it boils down to when everyone is offering the same product.

Oh man here we go again. I have to say that I already like it better than the dorama adaptation even though it's been only one chapter. In the adaptation it all looked so cartoonish and unrealistic.

Or more like, if you just listen instead of going on and on and on in your head about how meaningless all they say is, you can basically be silent most of the time. Also, men communicate in turns, women communicate by constantly speaking out of turn and switching subjects. But the prevailing majority of men know nothing of basic sexology and the differences between male and female brains, so they, as usual, wait for them to shut up which would mark their turn to speak, but it never happens. And they get frustrated. And the women then say that they're no fun since they don't know much about male brains too.

Boy, if only you'd knew just how far in life you can go by just going through a few basic books about male and female psychological differences. Books from 00s and 90s of course. Nowadays it's illegal to acknowledge that men and women are different, kek. Even something fairly simple as Why Men Don't Listen and Women Can't Read Maps by Allan Pease would already give you a great advantage in life. It surely gave me back when I was a teen. Btw, his another, more popular book (The Definitive Book of) Body Language is an absolute classic.

Paying for them is a little bit more complex, as its corporate workings. My Chinese boss pays for our team's outings too, but then again, it happens one in a few months.

Because his main complain is that he is stuck between too quarreling groups the full time employees and temps, both are trying to use him as a tool to fight the other one and come ahead within their workplace, and in the middle of their shit he is the one that is both having to pay and being responsible in case that his wing fails to do results. If he were corrupt enough he could use their antagonism with each other to abuse their employers and demand sex favors out from it, but thankfully he is doesn't seems like that kind of man.

That problem has less to do with women psychology and more with workplace dynamics, men can be just as immature, instead of taking him out to diner they would take him to a bar and make him pay for the beer every week, all the while he would have to listen to their work complains, while the men ignore his advice and orders just the same, is the same bitches but now he is surrounded by a bunch of drunk dicks.

He is generalizing that the problem is because they are a women, but men can organize in cliques too and be just as shitty, if anything the saving grace here is that the men will go to the point instead of venting about things unrelated to work. Which is really not the problem, the problem is that his team is disorganized, it has devolved into fighting between 2 factions, and he has devolved from a middle manager to a chaperone, he lacks authority and no one listens to him. Reading about women psychology wont really help him that much, he needs to learn how to be a manager and put them in their place, he is their boss.

Hell if anything he is lucky he is dealing with women, men would try to boss him around rather than just complain to him.
