We weren't sure either. It might be a pun with her name, as the raw had '乱交' which is read as Rankou. But even still, the meaning itself doesn't seem to relate to the chapter's content.

It does seem kind of crazy. But it might make sense if Ranko is decently far away from the gun, since the gun isn't built to pierce at a range. Hard to tell the distances here though.

I mean not out of nowhere, I mean he was already a known serial killer in chapter 75, by the name of "Martin the Griever", he had a different hairstyle then but also appeared in chapter 108 with a different hairstyle (the same hairstyle he has RN), calling himself Martin, so if you tied those to clues together, you'd know that this was a serial "friend" killer.
