Wasn't Fukurou a burn victim previously, hence all that skin grafting? Kinda cruel and ironic for him to get burning as the first penalty. He's an ass, but still.

I'm gonna guess that Hal will lose the 4th round (possibly intentionally throwing it) and get the gunshot penalty, which'll cause some memories to return to him.
