Taking everything at face value, with neither player betting beyond the ante:

Scenario 1: Lalo 63 - 44, Baku 25 - 26. Baku wins, then Lalo. Lalo comes out ahead in Bios.
Scenario 2: Lalo 44 - 63, Baku 25 - 26. 63 is a dead card because Fukurou used up the Queens, Baku wins both rounds.
Scenario 3: Lalo 44 - 63, Baku 26 - 25. Lalo wins, then Baku, same reason as Scenario 2. Bios counts are tied.
Scenario 4: Lalo 63 - 44, Baku 26 - 25. 25 is no longer a straight flush due to 26 played first, Lalo wins both rounds.

There will probably be some trickery, as with all the past matches, but this is what we know for now.

Poor Oofuna. Got involved with some insane boat gamble, got isekai'd and rallied an entire islands population to safety, now sees his friend and ally being tortured in an even more insane gamble. Oh also the world thinks hes dead. We spend so long in Kakerou world its refreshing to see a character like early Kaji again.

I can see why Hal seems to consider his personalities different. Souichi is so indoctrinated that it makes sense that hes ruthlessly efficient as Leader, but the pressure to always be perfect must be an immense weight. He probably feels a bit more free to act as Hachina and Hal. It reminds me of how the refs commented on how Tatsuki seemed much more energetic and alive when he stepped down to be a ref.

Pretty cool to actually see The Judge in action.

Yeah, I believe the implication was that Ideal tortured and killed him for information (Billy? I'd have to reread but I think he said thats how he outmaneuvered Kakerou). Unfortunately I think Karl was also killed rather unceremoniously at the end of the tower arc as well, though I don't remember if we ever found out who stole the money from him (Robert K?)

I wasn't expecting them to just straight-up tell us and have Lalo and Baku realize about the upstairs gamble right away, but I guess it's time for things to wrap up.

Karl's alive, he's the reason Kaji got roped into the battleship match.

As for the person who stole the money, I think they are dead, and will forever remain nameless, since the bomb went off point blank.

Seems like Lalo's 63 is going to be a dead card as it can only be made into a single high-card unless I'm missing something. Probably he's going to deliberately use it next and believes that Fukuro will throw the hand by using most small invalid numbers to kill Usogui's possible hand combinations for the final round

Interesting. I had assumed Karl died in the explosion too. I knew Karl was connected to the newspaper guy who found Kaji, wasn't sure if he made Kaji go there too. I must have missed that.

Baku really needs to do something drastic to win decisively right? As it stands Lalo would just need to play 63, and I think we all believe that Baku's weak constitution would make him run out of air first especially if Lalo has an air lead. I guess this could be why Baku (theoretically) broke his display. Maybe he could bait Lalo into scenario 1 and wait him out with hidden air in his "used" bios, but I think some trickery is more likely.

If Lalo plays 63 next, it can still be formed into a full house of K-K-K-Q-Q, so I don't think that Fukurou would throw away the hand for that.
