I was wondering the same! But our TL reminded me that the embroidered handkerchief was burned, in the Yakou vs Bai Long battle. (Which is why Baku thought it was Yakou's body being burned, https://mangadex.org/chapter/816013/14 )
So yeah, it's probably a new handkerchief.

"Having other handkerchiefs" from people not participating sounds intriguing. If Tatsuki's would count, then maybe another one could be Kyara's. Maybe Kyara kept it on him the whole time and it's with his corpse...? Or he gave it to Yakou when he visited him way back when he quit Kakerou? Though I don't recall seeing any hints of Yakou keeping handkerchiefs on him for sentimental value, nor of any hints on the other handkerchiefs (like Nanpou/Ikon/Amen)

Isn't Yakou's real handkerchief the one with the no. 2 crossed out?
