We know enough of Kyara to know that he's rather "normal" and he's not a bully... Kyara isnt more than aggressive than any others fighter in the mangas, and most of time it's people coming to find him than the other way around. They live in a world of violence, so i wouldnt call an agressive behavior specialy a quirk. In any fighting mangas, characters are aggressive.
Yakou B, we've only seen him interact when he's doing his job. So, ofc he has to show a high level of agressiveness. Same of Yakou A. It's nothing that go outside of the norm when you're in that position, plus the whole bad coffee stuff is more of running joke than anything else.

From my perspective, the point is that everyone has something that makes them abnormal, it's just a matter of degree and category.

i think this is well put.. i mean, the way i see thing are if i ever happen to encounter these character and that i had to befriend them outside of a potential gain ( power, money etc.. ). somehow it'll come down to the people i listed previously and the one @troita added, Kadokura pre-labyrithn arc ( seems to be your classic furyo )

You think a "normal" person can embody Kakerou's philosophy and thoughtlessly slaughter people for breaking their rules? He's a literal assassin despite being old, you gotta be pretty crazy to do that

Meh, regarding that, they kinda select when they think they'll have the upper hand.. The whole kakerou were shitting their pants to the idea of going against Kyara whereas he broke one of kakerou core rules because he just felt like it or was bored or any others trivial reasons he always has.

Kyara's aggression is really ridiculous over the top. Even as a child, he was obsessed with murder and violence to the point that its all he cared about. Which is why Mitaka tried to teach him how to be "human" (having other stuff in your life besides fighting).
Also he's like super mean to Kaji.... To the point it could be described as "bully" behavior.

Anyway Kyara is super outwardly aggressive (more than the other characters in the series), especially to Kaji. Which is why the scene where Kyara stops trying to kill Veronica after hearing Kaji's voice https://mangadex.org/chapter/752208/15 is so powerful, as it shows how much Kyara has grown.

With Yakou B, to me his whole character thing is that he's an old dude with the emotional stability of an anger teenager.

Yea though it doesn't have to be expressed through like crazy smiling faces and insults.

Yea though how did they get to their positions in the first place? Like a regular person would not apply for a position at Kakerou (also Kakerou's existence is top secret anymore so only ppl who were previously involved in the underground/did some digging would know about it).

Yea for this part I was not aware of what you meant by "weird persona antic." Like in the case of Midara, if you were referring to his spit bubbles habit I would also classify Yakou's coffee thing as a "weird persona antic." But if it more referred to like Midara's fetish of seeing powerful people be destroyed, Yakou's coffee thing would be in a different category.
Though Yakou's love of coffee and his butler cafe I would describe as a "quirk."

One more thing, it is implied that Kyara specifically left Kakerou because Baku left, so his excuses were all lies.
