About the rules of the game, does C actually need to find the handkerchief once he checks? For example, if the handkerchief is dropped right below him, C might not think to check under the chair. In this case, does it count as him failing the check, or is it irrelevant?

That was an incredible slow turn with the eyeball on Page 8.
It's crazy that Souichi was about to turn around right after Baku dropped the handkerchief, only to have his attention drawn back forward by Baku. Pure distraction, aided by a tricky disguise. But I'm still guessing that Souichi will turn around without accumulating too much time.

While Leader is playing this mind game normally (guessing Baku's intentions, whether it has been drop or not) and got stuck in a mind loop from Baku's tricks, it seems like Baku have forsake the mind game and instead gamble that Leader be stuck in this mind game long enough for the near-death drug to be filled.

Those times when we find out a person's actions was actually just a person's thoughts is mind-riveting

So Souichi's went for the kill immediately and Baku having been killed is amassing time.

I'm glad the focus is on the gamble/mind-game itself instead of some trick to discern when the handkerchief is dropped.

@Veshv I don't think that should matter, it seems the main focus is on the timing rather than actually finding the handkerchief.

I have a feeling Baku didn't make the mistake of turning around too early, he intentionally turned as Souichi leaned down to let him know face-to-face that he already has him figured out and drive in a wedge similar to what he did to Lalo
