agree, if properly calculated the difference is only about 11 seconds per hour. I used 50 secs to illustrate how Leader might recognize the difference (which had been hinted when he thought Baku's near death seemed too fast for him).
This is why I've also wondered whether 9am and the fact that Japan is GMT+9 would have any significance in the game. I've also suspected in previous chapter Baku might be aiming for D to fail dropping within 1 minute (unlikely as it is due to the clock's audio cue), which could end the game without anyone dying.
