Wow, that's a very intriguing clue! Hm, at first I thought it was more proof that Baku was at Eba's building during Hal vs Fukurou, and that maybe Baku got shot in the dark while helping Hal, but that scene seemed to occur before it even happened. Not really sure what it could mean, other than it seems he got injured (or excited?) right before Hal left to fight Fukurou. Definitely seems significant.

About the woman here, my first thought was actually it was Baku's mother, and that she's pregnant with Baku. And it seems like she may have been attacked, which could've injured the baby, which might explain Baku's health issues. But it doesn't really connect with how Baku's not really affiliated with Kakerou or Tatsuki in any way.
But yeah, since it could be recorded rather than live, her being Souichi's mother makes sense. Though she could also just be a mentor or aunt as well.
