...Do not tease me with that shit, mangaka. Satsuki being an ME/coroner would still be a damn good manga that I would want to read. Don't tease me if you aren't going to make it, because I REALLY want to read that. It could be like "Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatte Iru" but with a paranormal twist. Call me morbid, but I find that fascinating as a concept.

(Reminds me of how a few volumes back there was some extra parody manga scene about Satsuki being a detective in an isekai or something along those lines. That, too, would be damn interesting.)

Technically from the beginning. Satsuki always had an obsession (but not romantic, for whatever reason) with Komako. Akira was just the one she was able to get close to initially, but she never got over her Komako obsession to begin with.

The real question is why was Satsuki so into Komako but not into... into... Komako.
