The art is absolute dogshit for something that came out as early as 2004, in fact everything drawn by this guy looks like it came out of a 13 year old's sketchbook.
I love the lessons, I'm looking forward to the next chapters! I don't particularly care about the art being bad, so far it looks like a very useful series for mahjong players.

Hey Kasasagi! I was pleasantly surprised to see you've been hard at work translating a lot of mahjong and other kinds of manga into Spanish since I last saw you, nice work! I absolutely agree, Katayama Masayuki is an amazing writer and his works need to be seen even if it might be hard for people to get past the artwork. I know that once we've gotten a ways into the series people will get used to it and see them as the awesome works that they really are.
