Utilize user's chapter language and original language setting on Advanced search page

If the user has gone as far as to discover these two settings and set them up to only show a specific type of content, it's likely that they're only interested in it even when searching.

Current behavior is set to all languages as default, proposed behavior is to use their filter languages for the "Only translations in" and "Original language" selectors as default.

Of course they should still be able to alter the search settings afterwards if they want, it's just a proposed change to the initial state of the page, similar to how it already matches the user's current safe/suggestive/erotica/pornographic settings.

This has been suggested and addressed locally. It will have the behavior you've described in the next site update.
