I think this is a metaphor. Really dying to know how the metaphor continues, now that he literally killed the bitch (Which also means something like "slut" in Japanese)...

The more I think about it, the deeper it gets. They're all just slutty women, jumping from man to man, luring in the first horny guy they find, then attacking when he's at his most vulnerable.
The married woman seduced him in the bathroom, then his room, then in the kitchen. She goes from her husband, to the brother, to MC. She ultimately spread the video of MC with the god thing.
The girl pretended to be innocent, but she's ferociously horny. Frankly, she's the worst, and the only reason anyone in the audience might give her the moral high ground is because they were too dazzled by the dog thing to realize she's a manipulative slut. She lies to MC about her relationship with the missing guy. The very day he's announced as missing, she's shoving MC's hand down her shirt to feel her up. She uses MC for validation, and starts going out with him within the week. She says the rumors about her are a lie, but if anything, her whole imaginary convo she had under the bridge while she was touching herself suggests the rumors understate the situation. She bails on MC the instant the video pops up, rapid-fire insults the guy, then tells him she's been looking for her Ex the whole time as a parting shot.
Then the dog? The dog basically did the dog version of this to MC, and the girl's Ex. Except the dog's little present was a bite to the neck, and a fight to the death.
