Despite the comments and ratings, it is really good in my opinion
Sure the MC can't stop fucking random characters without doing something worth noting which is kind of a let down tbh.
But the story depicts the problems of a polygamy relationship and the dangers of lust.
It may also show that people are two-faced beings and when they show their true colors, they can be cunning assholes that are willing to screw people to see relationships break due to prior experience.
overall I think in my conclusion, it is a cautionary tale that deserves a bit of praise than the "Oh I hate it because there's sex"
anyway it's a great way to show the realism of a harem than the fantasy part that people usually love so overall it's a great story 9/10
