Still here, still reading, still being bored by how dragged out this is.
This manga lives on "will they won't they" but doesn't dare to do anything too risky with it. Each pixiv short on its own implied the romance better than a dozen chapters of this manga.
Unlike "Amano Megumi" you can't stay entertained by the ecchi because this manga is a "sleeper" ecchi; the characters are intended to be erotic, Sakurai is an extremely attractive physically fit male specimen, and nearly all females are double D and beyond, but they rarely ever get into ecchi scenarios. The manga wants you to think it's erotic but barely anything it does with it later ever capitalizes on the anticipation.
And this is an author that regularly used to draw porn, so you know he isn't doing ecchi scenes because he's too "shy", but because the pacing wants to be as painfully slow as it can be.
The fact that this isn't a weekly release makes it even more painful to read.
He even does these images where he says "this character is popular so I stripped her" showing one of the female characters in less clothing at the end of the volume, showing that he does not shy away from this.
It's like Kool Kyou Shinsha if he did an ecchi scene once every 15 chapters. It just destroys half the engagement you expected to get.
Except unlike Kool Kyou's manga, the other half of this manga's engagement isn't nearly as compelling.
