I guess you could click a button by accident when you wanted to click other button next to it.

On other note, my touchscreen used to glitch sometimes because of water damage. I have accidentally started a discord call twice because of that.

But most video calls show a preview of your own cam, so even if you misclick you have time to end it.
Usually because no one insta accepts a video call which was also kinda for the plot since he didn't even know it was a video call which apps definitely avoid for privacy reasons.
