Going by the authors twitter this chapter was released on the 19th, translation has always been pretty quick for it. So how soon the chapters are, depends on the author.

This series is published on the seinen manga magazine Monthly Sunday Gene-X, with its publication date being normally on the 19th of every month, although sometimes is published a bit earlier like the next issue that will be published on April 17th.
Normally the translations are pretty fast what does take its time is to edit the chapters.
