Maybe at the end of the song when the lyrics say 'You’re a vampire too,' but it doesn't make much sense with what comes after. From the lyrics, it seems more like she turns someone into a vampire, and from the story, it would have to be Sasaki.

No, i'm pretty sure the song and the manga are disconnected and take place in seperate canons- with their only connection being the song existing in this universe.

If you fall into the deep rabbit hole (pun intended) of deco27 mangas, you tend to notice the songs are their own little universe seperate to the mangas seperate to whatever's-going-on-in-mannequin. its best not to dwell on what's canon and what's not for the sake of your head.
