Between the zoo chapter and the death chapter, I was beginning to wonder why on earth this was considered "vanilla".
Now I feel like an idiot as I realize that "Vanilla" is actually just the title and doesn't really mean anything, any more than the "Cinnamon" in its predecessor's title does.
