You know after all this time... seeing this manga since I was in high school and they're waiting for a while for the final chapters to get out in English... it's a wild ride ;×; I really fw with the style of this manga I love the mix of silly and dark. I'll be sad realizing that I can never read this manga fresh from the first time again or relive how I experienced it years ago from chapter 1 in English and thinking it would never get finished... also Tsusa is best "girl" (skinsuit)

It's pretty obvious Shion became a fusion with the protag's crush, so probably became a futanari or some sort of herm due to them(?) still grabbing their crotch just like the old Shion did. It was just a funny twist at the end to have Shion technically be alive... Technically.
