It's 12th chapter and Vibration-man never really won against anybody with powers.
So far, he' the biggest loser amongst shounen protagonists. Alongside Takemitchy (who doesn't even have fighting powers)
12 chapters is crazy long time.
I also hope this arc won't take too long, it's too generic to be any interesting.
