This chapter made me remember the song “a real human being and a real hero”. MC is full of compassion and the will to act. Maybe when i am in my 40s I’ll do roids and start hunting down various bastards as well.

MC is too emotional, but I suppose if he wasn't, he wouldn't be doing this. One might call him somewhat psychotic, but that condition is working as his motivator, not as the purpose of what he's doing. He's supposedly planning and investigating the places/people, but at the same time he's always jumping at the first chance, as if he's terribly lacking time to punish all the wrongdoers in the country. Realistically, he would get caught soon enough. Like I said before, he should only do this at max half a dozen times a year, irregularly. Now he's at it every weekend, which already was making his friends suspicious of his activities, even if they obviously weren't suspecting him of criminal activity.
