Prey has plot, Mieruko-chan is more towards SOL imo. There are 10 chapters translated, try reading first few chapters ^^

@Kradnam Prey is actually older, I think. In any case, the only similarity is the very basic premise of monsters who only become harmful if you acknowledge they exist. Which is a common trope of East Asian horror, anyway. The tone and execution are completely different. Prey is full-fledged horror.
