Hard to make suggestions, since there might be a lot of titles telling story from the POV of the non-human side, but often it justifies the hero's actions so it would be hard to call him villain...

Then there is Overlord and all kinds of clones... and naming wuxia would take too much time... since there everybody is murderhobo, usually even if they are introduced as good guys...
