Idk what people were expecting, a grim reunion or people jumping up in joy like this is a shounen.
The is right along the lines of what I'd expect the author to do and honestly concludes things well while making you ready for more. Are people just upset with how Ylva reacted cause from what we know thats pretty in line with her personality.People seem to have been setting up expectations like this was the end of the story.
