@Serkket Personally I figured that those guys just turned into hob goblins (granted their horns are longer than his which may go against that), not that it was a mechanic of his skills to change them however, even though that's how he seems to interpret it.
Who knows, though, maybe his skills genuinely do just kinda evolve things entirely, but yeah I assume it's just hobgoblins.
