Question: Can I upload chapters of manga done under the Jump Start initiative from Viz? As long as the series itself never got continued by Viz past the three chapters of course.

If anyone has scans or can scan it, we need uploads of Silent Mobius. Been 9 years since Udon released volume 4 and no sign of them bringing it back to finish 5-12, so it's safe to say it's ok to upload Viz's release.
