Nah, its based off of sand planet made by hachi, its a vocaloid song that alludes to the current state of vocaloid and how barren it is compared to it's peak, which was around the mid 2000's and early 2010. Hachi quit vocaloid a while ago, but came back in 2017 to make this song as an anniversary for miku. He graduated from being a vocaloid artist to being Kenshi Yonezu, The guy who made peace sign from mha.
