Though I kinda understand you want to make it easier to understand, calling it beer feels weird to me. Beer is drastically different in its clolr, taste, and flavour (amber and taste of grains and hops) from Strong Zero which is more akin to light lemon vodka soda with clear color.
How about booze?

Honestly I dunno what I expected from a manga about an unemployed drunkard horny gay VTuber going on her VTuber adventures but this was wild and surprisingly fun, and one of the highlights of the mangadex yuri uploads that I follow.
