Fun story, thanks for translating it! I was a bit disappointed in the sheer amount of exposition dump that happened after the climax with Crow, but that can be a common issue with horror stories.

I wonder if there was meant to be a dark undertone to the ending. The cipher is posted on her account, which I assume Leviathan doesn't just have easy access to anymore. Furthermore, there is still the mystery of why her room is still connected to our world.

One could interpret it as Leviathan having actually retreated to her body again before she managed to escape.
