Oh this can't be serious??? Is this supposed to mimic how people would actually react?? This whole chapter felt like some weird fanfiction or dream sequence. She got scouted, and suddenly, random girls are getting her as their phone background? What is this.

It's a sort of play on words on "Oshi no Ko", but the literal translation is that, but nobody calls Oshi no Ko by its localized name from what I've seen

In Japanese "no" isn't only used for posession (Child of Idol), but also as description (Idol Girl).
She is not the child of an idol but an idol girl in this one!
