I think the ghosts from the extra chapters weren't able to stay in her apartment. Also not really sure about this but the room numbers for the ghosts in these extra chapters are censored (***) while the room numbers from the main chapters are numbered.

or might not be connected at all to main story since the 7/16 tenant counts gonna be super messed up now
