It feels like this got cancelled, with how fast the alien drama wrapped up with some handwave-y "we'll figure it out somehow". The fiancee-Rei thread seemed completely abandoned as well.

I honestly thought that it would be interesting to just make the aliens go back to their planet as the ending. The longing feeling us readers will get is kind of nice because i think their good bye is kinda sweet and leaves no regret. Rather, making the aliens cancel their trip back beacuse their ship crashed feels forced and unnatural.

BUt, they will a have a new queen, a human queen, where is the problem, her human form?
The alien can take human form by ADN or because tech? By tech they could tf at her in a alien form
