For the chapter notes:
On page 9, the mention of Delacroix refers to Eugène Delacroix.
On page 10, Terada references the shredded Banksy painting. You can find more information in this Wikipedia article and watch some related YouTube videos here and here.

i love how everyone's panicking, maybe it's their youth but i feel like most 13? year olds wouldn't give a shit about school tshirts for some events versus their personal clothes being ruined or like "aw man i had to give the school 20 bucks for this, this is bs" lol, bc other than some humiliation of being forced to wearing ruined tshirts anyways, it's not as if scoring high would've meant anything right, unless it somehow helped with academic performance, but it being recorded and viral on YT would've been interesting

i at least def wouldn't have chased/tried to put out a bonfire. i think the only childish similar thing is seeing some panther (school mascot) plush hanging from the opening pillar/area that the rival? school did or so

lol banksy namedrop. at least this one wasn't convinced to attempt suicide, feels kinda tame compared to prev arc
tho the upcoming piano teacher arc seems better

I feel like most of the time manga have to downplay how bored kids in school actually are, because their boredom would interfere with the emotions the manga is trying to convey... If somebody started an illicit bonfire outside my classroom window, everybody would have thought it was awesome

Maybe my view is skewed from anime and manga but aren't Japanese school children really into community projects like that?
