Can it really be called toxic yuri if one of them isn’t real? Still good for sure, and I always enjoy Tsutsui Itsuki’s overly edgy toxic yuri stories. Even though I like them, I can’t deny most of them are way too ridiculous or rushed in the case of some of the one-shots. I feel like this one is the most realistic one yet. I can’t think of the right word, but it just feels right even with the whole drug puppet thing. Anyway, great story overall.

I'd say it was terribly toxic for herself only, not for anyone else. Komura is in a way masturbating to a high-end deepfake with drugs on top to archieve it's effect.
From the getgo not only deepfake porn is morally wrong because you're just objectifying someone, but she's also rotting her brain off by putting someone in the place of a mannequin. She knows it's fake sex, but she's also abusing the drug to the point of chugging all those pills...

It's very realistic as you said, a very interesting concept overall.

that was some kind of masochistic acid trip at the end. like, she knows she took her one-sided feelings out on Takatsuki and wants to be punished for it, so the drugs kick in and her 'idealized projection' is violent and hateful, just how she likes it.
