honestly, thats such a great depiction of the isekai genre. Many protags just shake it off a chapter or few in, but octavia was really dealing with her own death-- not the death of another, her own death. that really made me sad to the point of almost crying (which i hardly ever do with media, so it caught me by surprise the way i was affected in reality) because imagining myself in that position, i definitely wouldnt of been able to continue living. this is actually really great characterization.
