I really did like the original, so I'll try to keep it concise. As a new reader, change the settings to
-Double page spread (Because if you don't it will feel rather empty so IMO double page is alot better and to intention)
-Right to left (As well it's better and to the design of the release)
-Read to chapter 3 if you feel the art is bothering you (It's where I feel Naka Senta begins to feel less restrained and starts adapting it to their own style)
As well I suggest you read the original, I'll do a brief explanation in a separate comment if you'd want to read that

I really did like the original, so here's what I think of the adaptation so far,
I wasn't a fan of the art at first, in comparison to the more indie style of Ha Il-Kwon. To new readers I suggest comparing the first few chapters of this to the first few chapters of My Heart is Beating in Related.
Ha Il-Kwon draws their work as if it was indie, because it was, it's a webtoon. Paneling is different due to this as well as a top to bottom format of a webtoon makes you consider different choices. You'll see panels more overlap each other, or smaller panels sandwiching bigger panels that gives a different effect if it were to be done in a Manga format. For example in the webtoon you see more of a focus on close ups, which works wells since you read from top to bottom. The manga does this too however you don't realize it because it feels like a filler panel in that format.
However, the biggest change is that there is no color off-course in a manga, meaning the melancholic coloring at times and softer shading gets lost in adaptation. The pool and the protagonist room at times of contemplation or melancholy is often tinted blue, which helps with the tone of those scenes. To add to that, the use of flush instead of shading adds to the softness and almost vulnerable feel of the characters which needs different techniques to replicate in manga that Senta isn't trying to do which is fine. There you feel it get out of it's adapting the webtoon rut and start to become it's own style. So I hope it's a good adaptation by the end, and I could see it doing so.

I remember reading this years ago and wishing the translation was continued. I'm not sure if this is a new translation or the translation from back then and it just finally got uploaded here, but I'm definitely hoping for the former. I've always wanted to read more of this version of this story (was never as big a fan of the original).
