Even if he's getting some of his auto-select character's personality in some weird bleed through, how is he so pathetic? He was selected for this transfer because he was literally the only one of the beta testers that could complete the game and had the attitude that came with it.
I mean FFS he had several days in between the manual skill release that caused him to pass out, there was ample time to fabricate a plausible excuse that didn't make him look so bad. He could have even copped to being out of mana like the nurse/priest said in the first place by saying he ran out while experimenting with his skills on a safer floor, god knows his stats show he has low mana already.
He need to get past his paranoia about altering the story and stop being so pathetic or accept it and try to avoid the in-game original character ending.
