Kaoru straight rejects him at some points, she only has interest in Souta, but he manage to woo the blonde girl (the one who can see the future, she ran away from the demon on the previous fight), cuz when she tried to see ntr dude’s future she didn’t see anything, so she believes he’s her love interest. He does some bad shit and become a criminal and she hides him. Also she’s actually Souta’s preferred character, guess there has to be some ntr in this shit or the world explode or something Kaoru was ntr dude’s favorite chara also I think
